Víctor has more than 15 years of experience in corporate tax consulting with high specialization in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and business synergy that, combined with his extensive experience in wealth consulting, creates the perfect mix to achieve a comprehensive consulting for partners and investors and for their companies and projects.

Our founding partner has degrees in both Public Accounting and Financial Strategy and Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Latin American University and a Master's Degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Panamericana.

He has also taken various diplomas and courses, among which is the international tax diploma given by ITAM.

Likewise, Víctor has been a speaker in various national and international forums and the author of various articles published in renowned magazines, addressing innovative and relevant issues, from the tax treatment of cryptocurrency operations to controversial issues of the latest tax reforms.
